· Mental Health,More Good Days Together

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Today's message is courtesy of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).

Mental Health Awareness Month provides a chance to stand with your community and show that no one struggles alone. NAMI’s 2026 Mental Health Awareness Month theme (More Good Days Together) invites everyone to join NAMI in speaking up against mental health stigma.

Healing Begins in Community

Mental Health Awareness Month is about more than awareness. It’s about showing up for one another. Whether you’re living with a mental health condition, supporting a loved one, or advocating for change, NAMI offers programs, resources, and opportunities for support, connection, and healing.

Connect with your local NAMI affiliate to find NAMI support groups, NAMI programs, events, and more opportunities to engage with the NAMI community near you.

Your voice has the power to influence policies that make mental health support accessible to all. Join NAMI’s advocacy efforts to remove barriers to care and reduce stigma.

Need immediate support or someone to talk to? NAMI’s HelpLine provides information, guidance, and resources for individuals and families.

Become part of your NAMI community by volunteering at a local NAMI affiliate, or apply to become a NAMI HelpLine volunteer today.
