Alexander Hamilton once said, ‘If you don’t stand for something, you’ll fall for anything.”
So, what are you standing for?
Don't become a legend in your own mind. Stand for what really matters or you'll fall in loneliness and defeat.
Ephesians, 6:10-11 reminds us of this:
“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.”
These scriptures encourage us to stand tall and strong—but not in our own accomplishments or way of thinking—in the power and might of the Lord.
God's Words cautions us of the enemy’s tricks and reminds us to prepare ourselves for his attacks.
They provide a host of positions that require a proactive stance so that we do not fall defeated. We should stand on God's Word, follow His instruction or risk a FALL that we may never recover from.
