It's Mind Right Monday…Face the Facts.

The Joyful Journey doesn't require perfection. It requires strength, fortitude, and resilience. Such amazing qualities are gained when I spend time with God.

All journeys have their joys, pleasures, twists, turns, and challenges. Regardless of the experience, God’s presence is needed every step of the way. Seeking God’s perspective allows the filling of His Holy Spirit to help me excel with grace.

Strength is the ability to endure pressure, pain, and difficult situations.

Fortitude is the emotional and mental empowerment to face difficult situations with courage.

Resilience is the wherewithal to bounce back after experiencing hardship and adversity.

I’m facing the facts:

I am not perfect—God never intended me to be. I make mistakes—God has a plan for that. I still need work—God's Holy Spirit is here to guide me.

The journey won't always be pretty, but I will always seek God's perspective. When I mess things up, I will go back to God. When the road gets rocky, I will reach out to My Father praising Him in and through all things.

The Joyful Journey does not require perfection. It requires strength, fortitude, and resilience. Such amazing qualities are gained with I spend time with God. Seeking God’s perspective and the filling of His Holy Spirit will help me along the way.
