Sometimes, all I can see is "Me Myself, and I". It's time to get my "I's" examined.
As I conclude the week of Living Above "SEE" Level, I'll take a minute to ensure that my outlook and intentions focus on more than me. I'll take time to consider others—their feelings, their perspective, their wants, and their needs.
Most importantly, I'll focus more on God and the plan He has for me. I'll look to God and for God. I'll seek His ways and aim to apply His will to my life as opposed to walking in my own selfish scenarios.
Truth is, I can do nothing without God; without faith I cannot please God; and apart from God, I will fail. So, today and everyday, I'll acknowledge God and give Him the glory.
Dear God,
I thank you for who You are, for all You’ve done, and for everything you continue to do in my life. Help me to turn my I’s towards You. Strengthen my perspective to so that I see Your hand at work. Give me a listening ear that I might hear Your voice. Guide me on the path that aligns with Your purpose.
In Jesus’ Name I pray. Amen!
