So, how do we improve our spiritual health? Start with Reading The Bible….

Psalms 119:10 reminds us of this,

Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”

Reading the Bible is the first step towards improving our spiritual wellbeing. By nature, The Word of God is designed to provide insight, to teach, to guide, and to expand our spiritual development.

Reading the Bible helps us to become more in tuned with God and His ways. The more in tuned we are with God, the better we'll understand just how far we are away from being all that He desires us to be.

Reading the Bible gives us a mindset that is geared towards maturity and growth. Every move we make is an opportunity to learn and become a better person. This requires regular evaluation and intentional modification.

Reading the Bible reminds us of the need for change. We can't grow and stay the same. The ball is always in our court. And the burden of proof lies within our grasp. But we have to “Do The Work.”
