Life is filled with ups and downs; peaks and valleys; and sunshine and rain. We must learn to be grateful for every bit of it.

Just as we make-up our faces, we must also make up our minds to do what pleases God. Let's challenge ourselves each day to take a good look in the mirror; acknowledge the need for adjustments; and work towards becoming better people.
