Today’s scripture is a warning to grow what you know.

2 Peter 3:18 Grow in grace and understanding of our Master and Savior, Jesus Christ. (The Message Version)

Live cautiously every single day—every single minute. Meditate on God’s word and aim to do what pleases Him.

Prayer is always in order. Pray for yourself, your loved ones, your friends, your neighbors, and your enemies.

People make mistakes. Be patient with yourself and with others.

Expect change. Take time to adjust and learn new skills to help you adapt easily.

Extend grace—underserved blessings—to others, just as God has extended such to you.

Seek God’s perspective and be open to what He has to say about what you do and how you do it.

Forgive others quickly and don’t be so judgmental regarding their actions.

Seek to live peacefully with others and trust that God will work things out for your good.

Everything won’t be perfect, so give yourself and others some slack.

Be honest with yourself about “you”.

Learn to love well—start with yourself first.

Remember that God has a plan and purpose and wants to bring out the best in you and others.
