My Sister's Keeper

When my sister hurts, I hurt because: I AM MY SISTER’s KEEPER.

When my sister cries, I am there to comfort her because: I AM MY SISTER’s KEEPER.

My door is always open when my sister needs a compassionate ear to tell her most intimate secrets to because: I AM MY SISTER’s KEEPER.

I will not jump ship when our sacred sister needs us the most because: I AM MY SISTER’s KEEPER.

Although I may have heard my sister’s despairing story or testimony countless times, love will allow me to faithfully tarry beside her, until she has overcome her issue because: I AM MY SISTER’s KEEPER.

I will find ways to compliment my sisters in Christ because: I AM MY SISTER’s KEEPER.

I will not become distant nor will I talk and gossip behind my sister’s back because: I AM MY SISTER”S KEEPER.

As a true sister I will celebrate and rejoice in my sister’s blessing because: I AM MY SISTER’s KEEPER.
