The Sign

Isaiah 7:14

Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

Immanuel—God with us.

The birth of Christ was a well-orchestrated event. Filled with purpose and overflowing with intention, God’s miraculous plan would never be duplicated.

Foretold by the prophets of old, God’s promise would bring joy to many and save even more. God worked in the lives of ordinary people to bring about an extraordinary plan. A Savior, Christ the Lord would rectify the broken relationship between man and God.

Experience the joy of Christmas. Remember that Jesus is the Reason for the Season and God's resolution for sin. God is with us in and through the person of Jesus Christ who continues to bring salvation to the world.
