Thrive in 2025

Welcome to a New Year...

What will it take to Thrive in 2025?

As we consider making resolutions to lose weight, exercise more, or eat healthier, let's not forget about inward reflection.

If we really want to thrive in 2025, we must prepare our hearts and our minds by calling ourselves out on the issues that matter. Create a real plan that allows you to strive to be a better person who will thrive in the New Year.

Questions to Thrive By...

Take time to consider your greatest fears, stand up to personal defeat, and overcome challenges through inward reflection:

  1. Is that really how it went or just how you (want to) remember it?
  2. How are your insecurities affecting the way you're viewing the situation?
  3. What parts of yourself do you see in the person you're criticizing?
  4. Are you more concerned with being right or evolving as a person?
  5. What blame have you been placing on someone else that you can take some accountability for?
  6. What hard conversations have you been avoiding with yourself?
  7. What is your most toxic trait you can admit to?
  8. Is your ego getting in the way of your healing?

AWOGI will be taking the next 30 days to contemplate and consider Questions to Thrive By. We ask you to join us by considering what's really holding you back from walking in your greatest potential and becoming your best you.
