Like an old familiar friend our eating habits have been around forever. Good or bad, they've become a part of who we are.
Just as friends who serve us well, eating healthy can help with medical conditions and nutritional challenges.
We must learn to respect the food we eat and the body we live in by making wise choice. Just as we monitor our company, let’s use similar techniques to monitor what we eat.
