It's Mind Right Monday....

Break free of thoughts that haunt you, bring you down, cause you to doubt and be fearful.

Start by speaking words of affirmation and peace. Meditate on scripture that remind you of God's blessings.

Then, develop a plan of action that allows you to take steps towards becoming a better you. Implement a routine that includes daily exercise and stretching, journaling, focused thought practice, and healthy eating. Become more of a give by sharing what you have with others—your knowledge, your smile and your time.

Finally, move to the "must do items." Use wisdom in becoming a better you and positioning yourself to be free of the ties that bind you. As needed, seek professional advice or counseling to assist you in making decisions that will place you on the right path and keep you headed in the right direction.
