Full-Focused

May 28, 2025

Have you ever been in God’s presence? I think I have….

Most times, we're so overcome with what’s happening—the stuff in life—that we don’t take enough time to focus fully on God, what He’s saying, expecting, and looking for.

Focusing fulling on God requires concentration and elimination. We must rid ourselves of daily cares and aim for communion. When we focus solely on connecting with God, we experience His presence.

Psalm 16:11 says this, “You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

Wow…That’s deep!

Most of us are in search of external pleasures which are temporal at best. But today's verse, confidently confirms God's direction, proudly promises God's joy (not simply joy but fullness of joy), and arrogantly assures us of God's forevermore pleasures found at His right hand.

While we might not have the ability to experience total solitude 24-hours a day, time spent alone with God full-focused results in residual benefits.

If we're too busy to spend time alone with God, we're definitely too busy!

Let's go deep. Let's experience the fullness of joy and pleasures forevermore by setting time and space aside to connect with God. We must eliminate all distractions and focus on God, and God alone. Full-Focused.
