Exercise, appropriate food choices, sleep, water, moderation—all elements that build a strong body. Signs of fatigue, headache, and pain are signals that could possibly indicate nutritional deficiency.
Over the next few weeks, take time to listen to your body and follow-up on unusual changes.

The Bible reminds us of the importance of maintaining a healthy spiritual body. With the same intensity, this verse indicates that our physical health requires basic understanding and a proactive will in order to be strong and resilient.
It’s never too late to make changes for the better. You only have one body, treat it well.
