Romans 8:28 reminds me of this, “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”
Truth is, God’s plan is to conform me into the image of His Son, Jesus Christ. He has the same plan for every Christian.
I know this, but sometimes purpose is difficult to image and challenging to verbalize. God’s plan is working and it’s been working all along.
Seeing myself as grateful aligns my prespective with God's. When I tend to fret about one thing or another, I'm soon reminded that it’s working. God’s plan is working.
"God has a plan" I've said over and over. For years my own words now collide against the naked truth. My best decisions, mistakes, the day-to-day ordinary as well as the surprises all work together according to God’s purpose. It's working and it’s been working all along.
As I embrace each day and enjoy each breath, I see me as grateful. Because it’s working—God’s plan for me is working for good.
Today, I See ME As Grateful.....Because It's Working!
