Pray for the physical, emotional, and spiritual health of our nation.

We are living in unprecedented times. Companies with lay-offs, staff on furlough—equal more families with limited funds to celebrate the holidays. While this may not be unusual, there is another factor that carries exponential weight—COVID19.

This dreadful virus has become the focus of our existence. This elephant in the room must be factored into everything we do.

In addition to the physical health factors that permeate this condition, many are devastated by the continuous need to distance and isolate ourselves what we enjoy and those we love.

So, pray for the physical, emotional, and spiritual health of our nation. Pray for our leaders. Pray for our healthcare and frontline workers. Pray for those who have become victims to this virus and may continue to have lingering health conditions because of it. Pray for families who have lost loved ones and will face the holiday season with empty seats at the dinner table.

As we put celebrations on hold, never lose sight of the one reminder of real PEACE.

Isaiah 9:6-7 reminds us of this,

For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of His government and peace there will be no end…

So, pray for the physical, emotional, and spiritual health of our nation... And Pray for PEACE!
